The location is central, close to many attractions. The staff was friendly. I got a complimentary bottle of water daily, a NICE touch. The breakfast buffet had various options.

The rooftop was frequently booked for private events. I could not enjoy a drink there often. The room size was smaller than expected. I found the amenities somewhat lacking for a hotel in this category.

i found the staff very helpful . the breakfast buffet offered a generous selection. i appreciated the hotel's proximity to the callao subway station, facilitating easy access to various attractions.

The room i stayed in felt a bit dark, lacking a view and some areas seemed slightly outdated, though it was still adequate for my needs. The television also occasionally glitched, a minor inconvenience.

i found the location really good for exploring. It is just tucked away on a side street near Gran Via. The king size bed provided good rest on the tenth floor. i received IHG platinum recognition and welcome drinks upon arrival.

I would have loved quicker access to the upper floors.
